Perched atop a recently refurbished two-story home nestled in Ses Salines and mere moments away from Es Trenc beach, awaits your top floor retreat. The loft accommodates two guests, and encompasses a generous bedroom complete with an en-suite shower room, seamlessly connected to a kitchen/living space that unfolds onto a private terrace that offers sweeping views of the verdant fields. Guests have access to a shared terraced space adorned with an aromatic herb garden and a barbecue area, complete with a cozy fire pit, shared with the ground floor apartment.

The space
The loft consists of a spacious bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a kitchen/living room which opens onto a private terrace overlooking the fields behind the village. The property shares a terraced area with a herb garden and a barbecue area with a fire pit with the ground floor apartment.
If you need extra space, there is an annexe in the garden which consists of two double rooms, a shower room, a sauna and an open kitchen. Please enquire and we can discuss adding this to your booking.
Guests in the loft have access to the sauna for €30 per session.
WORKING FROM HOME
Please note that the apartment fully caters for guests who are working from home in the current climate, with a fast internet connection, a desk, scan/printer and multiple screens which can be set up at your request.

Please note that this is an independent space with private bathroom, kitchen and deck within the whole compound that include other spaces and "co-working" areas.
